 Our property in Las Vegas is located approximately one-half block from the Las Vegas Strip, nestled behind and within walking distance to hotel/casinos including Bally's, Paris, Bellagio, Caesar’s Palace, The Venetian, Flamingo, Imperial Palace and Harrah's. Spread over 2 – 3 city blocks, Summer Bay Resort Las Vegas offers 489 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Each suite offers a full or partial kitchen, air conditioning, cable TV, DVD player, and telephone with an additional data port for dialup internet connectivity. Enjoy any of our twelve swimming pools, six spas, or nine barbecue facilities located throughout our eighteen acre property; or, take advantage of our exercise room, business center, and game room/arcade located inside our elegant main lobby. - Each suite at our Las Vegas property is air conditioned and has cable television, a DVD player, and a telephone with dialup internet connectivity.
- Suites have either a full or partial kitchen. All rooms have a complimentary coffee service.
- All suites have irons, ironing boards, blow dryers and in-room safes.
- The resort is comprised of several one, two and three story buildings spread out over 2 – 3 city blocks. Most buildings have a two-story configuration, and have no elevators.
- Studio suites accommodate up to four guests, although the recommended adult occupancy is two. Rooms have 1 queen size bed, 1 full or queen sleeper sofa and 1 full bathroom. One bedroom suites accommodate up to four guests. Rooms have 1 queen or king size bed, 1 full or queen sleeper sofa and 1 full bathroom. Two bedroom suites accommodate up to six guests. Each suite has two king or queen size beds, or 1 king or queen bed and two twin beds, 1 full or queen sleeper sofa and either 1, 1.5, or 2 bathrooms.
- No pets are allowed.
- Rental cars are available through the Concierge Associate.
- Local calls are 50 cents each.
- Long distance calls are $1.50 plus long distance charges. There is no charge to make toll-free calls.
- A major credit card or $100 cash security deposit is required at check-in.

 The closest major airport is McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas. From the airport, take Swenson north towards Las Vegas. Turn left (west) on Flamingo Road and continue to Audrie. Turn right (north) on Audrie. The resort is straight ahead at the corner of Audrie and Winnick. - If driving into Las Vegas on I-15 North or South, take the Flamingo Road East exit. Travel past the Strip (Las Vegas Blvd.) to Audrie. Turn left (north) on Audrie. The resort is straight ahead at the corner of Audrie and Winnick.
- If traveling from Arizona or California on US93 or US95, take the Flamingo Road West exit. Travel on Flamingo to Audrie. Turn right (north) on Audrie. If traveling southbound, take the I-15 South (Los Angeles) exit, and follow the above directions.
